1. How can I log into the website?
If you’re logging in for the first time, the user I.D.  is your Kobe Dealer Account ID.  CLICK HERE  and enter your Dealer ID or email associated with your Kobe Dealer Account.  A link  will be sent to the associated email address with password setting instructions.   If you need further assistance, please contact us.

2. How can I open an account?
Kobe Sportswear Inc. sells to promotional products distributors, teamwear dealers, screenprinters and embroiders who operate from a retail/commercial facility or under the PPPC, PPAI, ASI and SAGE. If you meet these requirements and wish to open an account with Kobe Sportswear, please CLICK HERE for online registration or call 1-888-898-5623 between the hours of 9:00am- 5:00pm EST

3. How can I place an order?
You can place an order online by logging in. Or, you can e-mail your order to info@kobesportswear.com, fax it to 1-800-237-8612 or contact customer service at 1-888-898-5623 between the hours of 9:00am- 5:00pm EST

4. How can I obtain images for my website?
Grabbing an image is easy. If you see an item you like, just click the image and a new window will pop up with a hi-res image for you to download. If you are logged in, check out the press section for super high quality image packs you can download

5. How can I get a catalogue?
You can view it online HERE or for a physical copy, e-mail your request to info@kobesportswear.com, fax it to 1-800-237-8612 or contact customer service at 1-888-898-5623 between the hours of 9:00am- 5:00pm EST

6. How can I get a RA#?
Fill out the RA Request form and either fax or e-mail it in. An RA# will be issued and faxed/ e-mailed to you within 48 hours.  You can also submit an RA form online under the customer service section on your account page.  You must be logged in to access the form.

7. I have a RA#, how do I return it?
The address to ship the items should be indicated on the form originally filled out. Please make sure the RA# is written clearly on the outside of the box

8. How long do I have to return something?
30 days. Some exceptions may apply. Please contact customer service for more information.

9. What is the restocking fee and when does this apply?
20% on items over 14 days. Some exceptions may apply. Please contact customer service for more information

10. When can I expect a credit?

12. I was shipped the wrong item, what do I do?
Fill out the RA Request form online under the customer service section on your account page.  You must be logged in to access the form.  An RA# will be issued and faxed/ e-mailed to you within 48 hours. Shipping instructions will written on the form

13. I am missing items in my order, what do I do?
Fill out the short shipment form located in the customer service section on your account page.  You must be logged in to access the form. Either fax back or e-mail it to josephine@kobesportswear.com

14. Who is my sales rep?

15. How can I get a tracking #?
