We do not accept returns on any products that have been crested, customized, or otherwise altered in any way.
All returned items must be in resellable condition, including all original tags and packaging.
Products purchased as Clearance are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods.
The Refund and Returns Request Form can be completed and submitted online.
You will then receive an email with Return Authorization # (R/A#) and instructions for returning.
All authorized returns must be prepaid. Collection shipments will be refused.
Issuance of an R/A# does not guarantee credit. Returned products will be inspected upon receipt, and credit will be issued only upon approval.
