New Western Canada Freight Program

Scarborough, ON (March 08, 2010) -  After much consideration, we have determined that our level of service can be improved by consolidating our inventory and fulfilling all orders via Kobe’s Toronto Head Office.  The investment previously needed to support Kobe Calgary will be used to offer an expedited freight program for all dealers in British Columbia and Alberta. 

This will benefit all Kobe supporters located in B.C. and Alberta as you now have access to increased inventory levels and will receive expedited freight.  The freight rates and shipping methods outlined below will be applied to all orders submitted by dealers within B.C. and Alberta. 

1) Orders received prior to 3PM EST will be shipped that day.
2) Dealers will be contacted within 4 hours of receiving a P.O. to advise of any backorders.
3) Orders weighing less than 50 lbs. will automatically be shipped via Purolator Overnight.
4) Kobe Sportswear will invoice freight at Purolator Ground Rates, FOB Toronto.
5) Discounted Ground and Overnight Rates are available for orders exceeding 50 lbs.
6) Customer Service will contact dealers for orders exceeding 50 lbs to advise of freight options.
Note: Wheeled Hockey Bags will be subject to the 50lbs+ shipping options.

The above improvements to our Western Canada Shipping Procedures allow you to receive all Kobe products within 24 hours of submitting a P.O.  Product will be delivered to your location via Purolator at Ground Rates, FOB Toronto.
