Kobe Sportswear Partners With CBC's Hockey Night In Canada Presents Play On!

Play On! Teams to be outfitted in Kobe Sportswear jerseys for Championship Tournament.
Scarborough, ON (February 10, 2009) The Scarborough-based leader in hockey and performance apparel will become the exclusive hockey jersey outfitter of the sixteen teams participating in CBC's Hockey Night In Canada Presents Play On! (Play On!) National Championship.
The teams outfitted in Kobe's custom made Play On! hockey jerseys will go head-to-head in the 4on4 street hockey tournament on Riverside Drive in Windsor on February 20-21, 2009 for a chance to hoist the Redwood Cup. The event will also be featured in conjunction with the ninth annual Tim Horton?s Hockey Day In Canada on CBC TV.
CBC's Hockey Night in Canada Presents Play On! is pleased to partner with Kobe in the production of branded jerseys for each team competing in the National Championship event, as well as for Ron MacLean and Scott Russell of CBC Sports, said Scott Hill, National Program Director for Play On!
